EU customers: Prices include VAT at your country's applicable rate, calculated and displayed at checkout. We are OSS-registered for full EU tax compliance.
International customers (outside EU): Prices are VAT-free. Local import duties, customs taxes or other fees may apply upon delivery and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment information for all purchases. You warrant that the payment method you provide is valid and authorized for the transaction amount.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Free worldwide shipping on all orders. No minimum order value. No shipping charges at checkout. Shipping costs are included in our product prices.
We deliver to all EU member states, the United Kingdom, and a growing number of countries worldwide including USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, and many more. Full coverage details are available in our Shipping Policy.
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
For international orders (outside the EU), the buyer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes levied by the destination country.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

OnlineStore24 is powered by Shopify. Any sales and purchases you make are made directly with OnlineStore24 / M&V Euro Commerce B.V. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and OnlineStore24.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless OnlineStore24, M&V Euro Commerce B.V., Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your access to and use of the Services.

EU customers: Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
International customers (outside EU): Disputes will be resolved under Dutch law. Where required by local mandatory consumer protection laws, applicable local provisions may apply in addition to these Terms.
SECTION 22 - CONSUMER RIGHTS — EU CUSTOMERS
EU customers benefit from full EU consumer protection rights, including:
- 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) under EU Directive 2011/83/EU
- Legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years minimum
- Right to repair, replacement or refund for defective goods
- OSS-compliant VAT collection
These rights are in addition to, and do not limit, any other rights you may have under applicable national law.
SECTION 23 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to update or change any part of these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
