We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. This applies to every country we ship to — both within the European Union and worldwide.
Shipping costs are already included in our product prices. You will never see a shipping charge added at checkout.

Orders within the EU include VAT at your country's applicable rate, displayed at checkout. We are OSS-registered for full EU tax compliance. Orders shipped outside the EU are VAT-free — local import duties may apply in the destination country.

5. Customs & Import Duties (Non-EU Orders)
For orders shipped outside the European Union, local customs duties and import taxes may be charged by your country's customs authority upon delivery. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering.
6. Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched. Track anytime through our website or the carrier's portal.
7. Address Accuracy
⚠️ Important: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Failed deliveries due to incorrect address information may require an additional reshipping fee.
8. Delays & Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by carrier strikes, extreme weather, customs processing, or force majeure events. Our support team will actively assist with tracking and arrange replacements or refunds where applicable under our Terms & Conditions.
9. Delivery Disputes
Order marked "Delivered" but not received? Contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will open a carrier investigation (5–10 business days). Refunds or replacements are issued after investigation confirmation.
10. Split Shipments
Large orders may ship in multiple parcels at no extra cost. Separate tracking will be provided for each shipment.
